Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Royal Dial first copy watch. If something isn’t right, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this window, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original box with all tags, straps, and accessories included.
- Watches purchased on Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for return on the same terms as prepaid orders.
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@royaldial.in with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account or UPI ID within the same timeframe.
Exchanges
Prefer a different model or size? Let us know when you request your return and we’ll help you exchange it, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage not present at delivery, and items missing their original packaging or accessories, are not eligible for return.
